Notre Dame’s All-Pro Linebacker Manti Te’o will be in sunny San Diego in the next couple of days to visit the facility and have a meeting with new GM Tom Telesco, Head Coach Mike McCoy, and Defensive Coordinator John Pagano. The Heisman runner up will also have a workout with the team and most likely will be going over film.

What Te’o would bring to the Chargers is versatility, athleticism, and his IQ. Last season Te’o picked off 7 passes and had 113 tackles which is phenomenal. Te’o could fill that void, but it is unknown if he will fall to SD’s 45th pick in the 2nd round.
