Vikings 36 Rams 22

Adrian Peterson shredded his knee almost one year ago today. He had surgery on New Year’s Eve and today he rushed for 212 yards t0 lead the Minnesota Vikings to a 36-22 win over the St. Louis Rams.

Peterson out-gained his quarterback by over 80 yards despite the fact that the Rams were bringing 8 and 9 guys into the box to try and stop Peterson. Peterson hasn’t  rushed for less than 100 yards since October. With two games remaining All Day has a chance at 2,000 yards and a chance to break Eric Dickerson’s single season record.

The Vikings scored 33 of the first 36 points and the game wasn’t as close as the score suggests.

Sam Bradford passed for 377 yards and had 3 touchdowns in a losing effort.

Nest week the Vikings (8-6) will travel to Houston to play the Vikings (6-7-1), and the Rams will travel to Tampa to play the Buccaneers.
