Frank Gore has been through it all. He came into the league with Alex Smith in 2005, joining a 49ers team fresh off a 2-14 season.
As the heart and soul of the Niners, Gore’s chugged his way through nearly 2,000 carries and 8,839 yards, making him the team’s all-time leader in both categories.
The only thing missing from a potential Hall of Fame resume is that elusive championship ring.
Gore thinks that with this San Francisco team, that could change Sunday.
“We’re one. We all for each other, we do whatever it takes to get a win, whether it’s throwing the ball, running the ball, kicking field goals, it don’t matter. We just want to win.”
Stay tuned.
