Mauro Castano the star and wing man of Buddy Valastro from TLC’s hit show “Cake Boss” hit Indy for the Super Bowl. Pro Player Insiders caught up with him at the Taste of the NFL’s annual fundraising event located at Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana. Many of the country’s top chefs were at the event alongside NFL legends to lend their support to the fight against hunger.
This Italian family films a reality tv show based on working at Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey. Castano showcased the bakery’s intricately detailed and designed cake replica of a football field representing Super Bowl 2012 Giants v. Patriots.
We ran into the friendly Castro and Mary Sciarrone (Buddy’s 3rd oldest sister) in their Giants jerseys so we know they are enjoying their SWEET victory today.
You can watch “Cake Boss” on TLC, check your local listings for times.
