The Eagles have signed RB Ronnie Brown to a 1-year deal. The former 2nd-overall pick’s career has been marred by injury, and he’s now clearly past his peak at 29 years old. That being said, he’s still capable of pounding it between the tackles and contributing in the passing game. He’ll spell RB LeSean McCoy for 6-8 touches per game and could also be used around the goal line. The move puts a slight dent in Shady’s upside.
