Ravens’ cornerback Lardarius Webb has been unable to amaze on the field since October, when he tore his ACL colliding with Dallas wide receiver Dez Bryant. The good news is that “Spider” Webb continues to amaze in the community, despite being on IR.
It was “turkey time” when Webb stopped by the Hartford County Boys and Girls Club (in Baltimore). Webb showing up to the community center with turkeys in hand was just the beginning of his November give back. In addition to providing multiple families with turkeys, he handed out additional food for Thanksgiving. Most importantly, the families in attendance were thankful that Webb spent time hanging out with his supporters.
The foundation allows Webb to give back to the community, and to reach out to fans off the field. His goal is to provide an environment that allows the youth within the community to flourish. Webb makes it his mission to bring resources and inspiration that they so desperately need.
