PRO PLAYER INSIDERS PRESEASON 2018 NFL DRAFT POSITION RATINGS

Here is our first look at the top seniors, by position, for next year’s NFL Draft.

A few notes to know before reading.

The quarterback position is highlighted by Ohio State’s J.T. Barrett and Oklahoma State’s Mason Rudolph, both of whom could end up in the first round.  Our sleeper quarterback is Grambling State’s Devante Kincade, who could surprise and be drafted despite the lack of ideal size.

Georgia highlights the running back position with two of our top three backs.

The Big Ten dominates our tight end rankings with three of our top five.

Alabama and Virginia Tech both have two of our top six cornerbacks.

Our top rated small schooler will be South Dakota State tight Dallas Goedert, who could end up being a top 60 pick.

The round projections were based on how the draft might look if you include all draft eligible players so there are many players who would fall three, four, five, and perhaps more spots down among their position.
