Peyton Manning neck surgery not a concern

Colts President Bill Polian says the team is not concerned about the neck surgery QB Peyton Manning underwent last week — his 2nd in the past 14 months.  "We’ve got little or no worry," Polian said.  "This was just a minor procedure to relieve a little pressure on the nerve in his neck."  Neck surgeries are always a bit scary, but there seems to be no reason to be concerned about Manning’s 2011 fantasy outlook.  He’s expected to be back to 100% by mid-July.
