Patriots 49 (13-3) Bills 21 (6-10): The Buffalo Bills came to play in Foxboro today. Well, they came to play a quarter at least. The Bills scored three first quarter touchdowns including one by WR Stevie Johnson who pulled up his jersey to reveal a message of Happy New Year written on his undershirt.
The celebration was flagged, and Johnson was benched for the remainder of the game. From that point forward, Tom Brady and the New England Patriots took over. Brady threw three touchdown passes and the Patriots scored SEVEN straight touchdowns to clinch home field advantage throughout the AFC Playoffs. The Bills were once 5-2. They finished the season 1-8 to miss the playoffs for the 12th consecutive season.
