Eli Manning is a father once again. The New York Giants quarterback and his wife Abby announced that they have had their second child, a baby girl. Abby and Eli have been married since 2008 and were college sweet hearts at Ole’ Miss. In 2010, the couple had their first daughter Ava Frances.
The newest edition of the Manning family was born on June 17th but Eli and Abby wanted to keep the news and excitement to themselves for the first few weeks. But the news was hard to keep to themselves. The New York Giants official twitter account broke the news at about noon on the Fourth of July. The couple have named their second child Lucy Thomas Manning.
Training camp is four weeks away so Eli will have about a month to spend with his two week old daughter before football once again gets underway. The giants will be holding camp at Timex Performance Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey
