Rookie RB Mikel Leshoure took to his Twitter account Thursday to announce that he has signed a contract with Detroit. “Agreed to terms. Ready to get to work. Looking forward to a great season and career with the Lions,” Leshoure said. The bruising runner has upside in a stacked Lions offense, although he’s slated to take a backseat to 2010 1st rounder Jahvid Best. Best will remain the lead guy, but he proved last season he’s far from durable. Leshoure has RB2 upside and is worthy of a mid-round pick in upcoming fantasy drafts.
