Seahawks WR Mike Williams has been putting in about 6 hours of cardio per day this offseason. It’s significant because he’s dealt with conditioning and weight issues in the past. “This whole offseason, everyone’s been saying, ‘Oh, all this time off and his attitude, he’s going to be fat again,’” Williams said. “Well, good luck with that. I’m here having a good time and let’s get back to work.” We love the commitment, but with a mediocre skill-set and a shaky QB situation, it’s tough to see Williams performing as anything more than a WR3 this season.
