The Panthers have added Legedu Naanee to their WR corps. The 6’2, 220-pound possession receiver never amounted to much in San Diego, but he has a shot to earn significant playing time in Carolina. He’ll battle with David Gettis and Brandon LaFell for the #2 WR spot. And he has a built-in advantage since he knows OC Rob Chudzinski’s offense from their days together in San Diego. But even if Naanee wins the #2 WR job, he’ll be a weak fantasy option on a sub-par Panthers passing attack.
