Jacksonville Jaguars’ RB Justin Forsett is hosting a very special experience this weekend Sunday December 8th at The Murray Hill Theater.
Justin along with some of his teammates Tyson Alualu, Carson Tinker, and Russell Allen and ROAR Cheerleader Shenette Howard will all be part of the Faith and Football event.
Faith is an integral part of Justin’s football and non-football life. He leads the Jaguars’ weekly bible study and the players at Sunday’s event are a few of the regulars.
“My faith has shaped my development as a student and a football player in a great way,” Justin said. “In everything I do I seek and trust God so it has made a more confident and poised student and football player.”
The players will take questions from the audience and share their testimonies speaking openly about living their faith on and off the field.
Faith is sometimes a difficult subject to discuss openly but Justin hopes to use this event to inspire others by sharing with fans “the men behind the helmets and the faith that drive them.”
Tony Dungy had this to say about Justin after interviewing him, “Justin Forsett continues to set a great example not only in the way he plays football, but also in the way he honors his wife. He is a fantastic role model and I’m proud of the man he is. Keep up the great work, Justin!”
The event is free this Sunday December 8, 6-8 pm at The Murray Hill Theater.
