Additionally, four NFLPA Collegiate Bowl Coaching Interns will be on hand to assist the staffs and gain invaluable hands-on experience: Gerald McRath, Leonard Myers, Clint Sintim and Carnell “Cadillac” Williams.

The fifth-annual NFLPA Collegiate Bowl – the only game for the players, by the players – is scheduled for a 3 p.m. PT / 6 p.m. ET kickoff and will air nationally on ESPN2. In addition, American and National Team practices on January 20 and 21 will be televised live on ESPNU. The game and practices will also be available via WatchESPN.

The NFLPA Collegiate Bowl experience is much more than a game for the participating players. For one week, participants will receive an in-depth introduction to their future union. The NFLPA, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2016, is the primary resource for players for information on the business of football and how to succeed in the NFL and in their post-football careers.

These legendary coaches and players will work with the game’s future stars, giving them first-hand insight on what it takes to win on and off of the field. The week culminates in one of the nation’s top showcases for draft-eligible talent. The all-star game will also feature health and safety measures, such as sideline neurologists, that the NFLPA has made a priority.
