ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Panthers have re-signed RB DeAngelo Williams to a 5-year, $43 million contract with $21 million guaranteed. The biggest fantasy name available is off the market. It sounds like it came down to the Panthers, Broncos, and Giants for Williams’ services, but D-Will always said his first choice was to stay in Carolina. He’ll continue to share the backfield with Jonathan Stewart in what will likely be a true 50-50 split this year.
