Scouts Inc’s Matt Williamson is a big fan of Bengals RB Bernard Scott. “I really like Scott and could see a breakout season from him,” Williamson writes. “The best is yet to come for Scott — especially in the passing game.” But Williamson does concede that new OC Jay Gruden wants a power back leading his rushing attack. Scott should see a bigger offensive role in 2011, but will continue to struggle for consistent fantasy value.
