ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Bengals have reached a contract agreement with 4th-overall pick WR A.J. Green. He becomes the highest rookie to sign this year. Green will be able to get on the field for the beginning of Bengals camp today, which is important considering he’s expected to start from day 1. A polished route-runner coming from a pro-style offense, Green is definitely capable of making a fantasy impact this season.
Update: Green’s deal is worth $19.6 million over 4 years. The entire amount is guaranteed — a new wrinkle that we could see more of with the rookie wage scale.
