Thursday’s News From Around the NFL

Our first stop around the National Football League takes us to New York, where the Giants signed cornerback Antwaun Molden who played all 19 games for the New England Patriots last year Also the Giants have restructured the contract of linebacker Keith Rivers

Next stop is the Pittsburgh where the Steelers have resigned wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery and versatile offensive lineman Trai Essex. Also, restricted free agent Trent Legursky has signed his tender of $1.26 million. Finally, looking to expand Heinz Field by 3,000 seats

We head south now to Carolina, as the Panthers resigned linebacker Jordan Senn who had a breakout year last year recording 73 tackles while starting in seven games last year, and in four of those starts he recorded 10 or more tackles.

We head west now where the Tennessee Titans have resigned defensive end Dave Ball to a one year deal for $1.26 million.

From Tennessee we head south to Houston where the Texans have signed linebacker Bradie James who played his entire career, until now, with the Dallas Cowboys.

Next we head all the way to the west coast where Oakland Raiders are looking to Andre Hardy to make the transition to the NFL like Jimmy Graham, Tony Gonzalez and Antonio Gates. Hardy held a pro day work out on April 4th and signed with the Raiders Thursday.

Finally, we head north to Seattle where the Seahawks resigned linebackers Leroy Hill and Matt McCoy to one year contracts.
