The Oakland Raiders improved their record to 7-4 as they defeated the Chicago Bears 25-20, on the strength of Sebastian Janikowski’s leg, as he went 6 for 6 on field goals.
The Bears gave backup quarterback Caleb Hanie a lot of help, as they amassed 172 yards rushing. But Hanie threw 3 interceptions, as the Bears lost the turnover battle 3-1. Hanie went 18 of 36 for 254 yards and 2 TDs, while Carson Palmer when 21 of 37 for 301 yards with no TDs and 1 INT.
