A Youtube video turned viral in 2011 granted quarterback Alex Tanney an opportunity to make the NFL. While he has been on multiple teams during his short NFL career, Tanney has the following video to thank for his signing with the Buffalo Bills practice squad:
The one-time division III quarterback for Monmouth University, Tanney has had stints in Kansas City, Tennessee, Dallas, Cleveland, Tampa Bay and even Buffalo, during a 2012 rookie minicamp.
The Bills also added LB IK Enemkpali, most notably known for punching New York Jets quarterback Geno Smith, T Chris Martin, DE Cedric Reed and DB Jaylen Watkins, brother of wide receiver Sammy Watkins to their practice squad.
The Bills have solidified their Week 1 roster with the re-signing of veteran defensive lineman Andre Fluellen to the final spot of their 53-man roster.
According to Spotrac.com, the Bills have $7.47 million remaining in 2o15 salary cap space this year, which perhaps will be used to restructure their contract with Pro Bowl defensive tackle Marcell Dareus.
