The Buffalo Bills took a lot of heat all week for the leg that they laid in New York last week against the Jets. You could argue that no team in the league had more questions and faced more pressure in their home opener than the Bills did this week. The Bills answered all the questions and stepped up to the plated to score 35 of the first 38 points scored in their game against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs scored two late garbage time touchdowns, but the Bills dominated them all day winning, 35-17.
The Bills got another great performance from CJ Spiller who rushed for over 100 yards for the second time in two games and scored 2 touchdowns. Ryan Fitzpatrick bounced back from his disastrous performance in New York to throw two touchdowns and avoided throwing a single interception.
The Chiefs turned the ball over three time, gave up a long punt return for a touchdown, and got only 3 yards rushing from Jamaal Charles.
Next week, the Bills (1-1) will travel down the 90 to play the Browns in Cleveland and the Chiefs (0-2) will travel to New Orleans to play the Saints.
