Adrian Peterson’s magical season is over. Peterson rushed for 99 yards and the Minnesota Vikings were eliminated from the playoffs by the Green Bay Packers 24-10.
The Vikings played without starting quarterback Christian Ponder who was out with an elbow injury. Backup Joe Webb completed only 11 of his 30 pass attempts. Without any threat of a passing game the Packers defense was able to contain Peterson and easily cruise into the division round of the playoffs.
Aaron Rodgers passed for 274 yards and a touchdown. John Kuhn ran for a touchdown and caught Rodgers touchdown pass.
The Packers will now travel to San Francisco to play the 49ers on Saturday.
