Seahawks 24 Patriots 23

Russell Wilson did it again. The Seattle Seahawks were trailing the New England Patriots 23-10 with just over 9 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. Wilson went to to work.

First, Wilson found Braylon Edwards at the side of the endzone for 1o yard touchdown to bring the Seahawks to within 6 with over 7 minutes left in the game.

The Patriots and Tom Brady had two possessions to put away the Seahawks but couldn’t do it.

Wilson got the ball back with 2:38 seconds left in the game. Four plays later he found Sidney Rice behind the Patriots defense and dropped the ball into his mitts for a 46 yard touchdown pass and a 1 point lead with just over a minute remaining.

Brady couldn’t move the ball into field goal range and the Seahawks completed the comeback.

Next week, the Seahawks (4-2) travel to San Francisco to play the 49ers on Thursday Night Football and the Patriots (3-3) are home to play the Jets.
