Former Bills OL Joe DeLamielleure Honored as Part of “Hometown Hall of Famers”

Former Bills OL Joe DeLamielleure will be recognized by the Pro Football Hall of Fame and Allstate Insurance Company in Center Line, Michigan, today, as part of “Hometown Hall of Famers,” a national program honoring the hometown roots of the sport’s greatest players with special ceremonies and plaque dedication events in local communities.

A six-time Pro Bowl selection as an offensive lineman in the NFL and former high school standout at the now-closed St. Clement School in Center Line, Michigan, DeLamielleure will be presented with his “Hometown Hall of Famer” plaque during a special ceremony at 1:30 p.m., at the Michigan Math & Science Academy gymnasium. The presentation will be made by Al Baumgart, DeLamielleure’s former high school coach.
