While the majority of draft analysts have pegged the Buffalo Bills‘ needs on the defensive side of the ball, there have been a select few arguing for the team’s need to build stronger depth at offensive tackle. Jack Conklin and Taylor Decker were two pre-draft visitors the team could consider for candidates to start immediately at the position.
However, according to Bleacher Report‘s Matt Miller, the Bills might be considering drafting bigger wide receivers in the first round of next week’s NFL Draft.

Sammy Watkins would certainly welcome the idea of having a little extra help. Robert Woods, Buffalo’s No. 2 wide receiver, is entering the final year of his rookie contract, and behind him, the Bills lack necessary depth at the wide receiver position. Any of the three receivers mentioned by Miller would likely widely be considered an upgrade over what the team currently has in its stable — Greg Little, Greg Salas, Jarrett Boykin and Leonard Hankerson are set to compete for the No. 3 wide receiver spot.
Treadwell’s draft stock has fallen as of late due to the time of his 40, however, he is still widely considered one of the best available receivers in the draft. The six-foot-two, 20-year-old possesses superior leaping abilities and has been praised for the work he can do with both his hands and feet.
Thomas brings size and speed — six-foot-three, with a 4.55 40-yard dash — and has potential to be a red zone threat in the NFL.
Doctson, like Treadwell, stands at six-foot-two, however, is the smallest of the trio of receivers, weighing in at 202 pounds. For what he lacks in size, Doctson makes up for with his raw speed on the field.
