BALTIMORE, MD – Torrey Smith, Baltimore Ravens wide receiver, will host his 2nd Annual Celebrity Waiter Night presented by Northwestern Mutual to benefit The Torrey Smith Foundation at Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Havana Club on November 18th.
For one night only, Smith and teammates such as Joe Flacco, Jacoby Jones and Steve Smith Sr. will trade uniforms and helmets for aprons as they help serve guests four course of Ruth’s Chris signature cuisine along with fine wine. Proceeds will benefit the Torrey Smith Foundation and its mission to provide educational opportunities and resources to children up and down The Beltway.
“This foundation is really important to my wife and me,” said Smith. “Celebrity Waiter Night is our biggest fundraiser of the year. This is where we raise a lot of the money that allows us to do what we do in the community. We’re excited.”
In addition to the classic Ruth’s Chris Steak House experience, fine wines and service by celebrities, Torrey Smith’s Celebrity Waiter Night will also feature an exciting live and silent auction with Ravens memorabilia, trips and packages.
Limited tickets and sponsorship packages are available at www.torreysmith.org. General admission tickets are $250. VIP tickets, which include a signature series Ravens football for celebrity autographs are $350. No outside paraphernalia is permitted. Cocktail attire encouraged.
