There are many optimistic players that play for the Green Bay Packers, but defensive back Jarrett Bush has exclaimed rationally that this team they have now can be a Super bowl winner. The Packer’s organization has made some fine moves with getting players to fill up gaps where they had lacked last season. In the biggest news yet they had recently sign Julius Peppers.
Peppers is a great pick up for the Packers, because they need someone that has talent with patience and someone that could teach the younger players about the ins and outs with being a defender. The injury prone Packers were ranked 25th last season, made it to the post season, and had a tooth and nail fight against the San Francisco 49ers in which they had lost 45-31.
After the excitement of the playoffs, management decided in order to compete with other opponents they need to find some pieces on both sides of the ball that could get them over the hump and back into a more precise rank with the talent that they have. Last season the Packers were 8-7-1 and look to achieve a better record with the upcoming season.
Bush why Peppers would be a fine fit for the Packers; “I think J.P. pound-for-pound, is one of the most athletic athletes in the league right now,” defensive back Jarrett Bush told reporters this week, per the Green Bay Press Gazette. “I think he’s going to give teams a lot of trouble, especially with Clay Matthews, Nick Perry, Mike Neal and Mike Daniels. … They can’t just double Clay anymore, He’s going to wreak havoc over there. He’s definitely a force to be reckoned with. I think with Clay and the whole gang, I think we’ll be a championship-caliber team.”
