Tony Romo also has punctured lung

In addition to a fractured rib, Cowboys QB Tony Romo also suffered a punctured lung during Sunday's game against the 49ers.  No one can question this guy's toughness anymore!  Cowboys insider Todd Archer hears that this new injury doesn't impact Romo's availability for Week 3, while NFL Network's Jason La Canfora hears that Romo's status is "up in the air."  It's tough to consider him a lock to play through those injuries.  And the situation is even trickier since the Cowboys don't take on the Redskins until Monday night.  Fantasy owners planning on starting Romo need to add QB Jon Kitna as insurance.
