Redskins RB Tim Hightower is done for the year after tearing his ACL in Sunday's loss to the Panthers. If nothing else, it gives HC Mike Shanahan one less RB to toy with. Hightower was operating as the feature back on Sunday before going down. That role now figures to go back to RB Ryan Torain, although we can never be sure. Rookie Roy Helu will move up to #2 on the depth chart and figures to see an increased role. He's worth owning in all formats with only the brittle Torain ahead of him on the depth chart. Fellow rookie RB Evan Royster will likely be promoted from the practice squad. With Shanny at the controls, even Royster is worth monitoring.
