Raiders new OC Greg Olson has seen the impact that athletic QBs can have on the game. And he plans on spending the offseason finding out if Terrelle Pryor can be that guy for his offense. "We know what kind of an athlete he is," Olson said of Pryor. "We need to find out what kind of decision maker he is, and we need to find out if he's a guy that can also sit in the pocket and deliver the ball from point A to point B accurately and on time and making the right decisions." Olson plans on giving Pryor a share of the 1st-team reps in offseason workouts. That jives with GM Reggie McKenzie's statement a few weeks ago that Pryor will compete for the 2013 starting job. The 2011 3rd-round supplemental draft pick held up surprisingly well in a Week 17 start this past year, completing 13 of 28 passes for 150 yards, 2 TDs, and 1 INT. He added 49 yards and another score on the ground. Pryor is still extremely raw. And Carson Palmer should be considered the strong favorite to be under center for the 2013 opener. But Pryor is worth monitoring because his legs would give him ample fantasy upside.
