Stewart Bradley goes to Broncos

The Denver Broncos reached a 1-year deal today with MLB Stewart Bradley. The former Eagles starter floundered in Arizona the past couple of years, failing to push his way into the lineup after signing a big free-agent contract. Bradley spent 1 full season as Philadelphia's starting middle man. He finished 2008 as an LB2 in IDP fantasy leagues, collecting 108 tackles. Bradley lost the 2009 season to injury and then lost his starting job before 2010 was over. The 1-year deal in Denver likely means he'll have to win the starting MLB job. Nate Irving and Steven Johnson are in-house candidates to compete for the role. WLB Wesley Woodyward, meanwhile, should have little trouble topping any of them for the team tackle lead in 2013.
