St. Louis Rams banged up at CB

The offensive injuries understandably drew the headlines Sunday for the Rams. The most serious ailment might have struck a defender, though. CB Ronald Bartell suffered multiple small fractures to his neck, which could keep him out the rest of the season. Bartell has been an OK IDP contributor at times but likely doesn't appear on too many rosters. CB Justin King will step into the lineup for him. King had a big fantasy day in the opener but was helped by a sack as the Rams blitzed their DBs a lot. He shouldn't be counted on for regular IDP contributions. Meanwhile, CB Bradley Fletcher is day-to-day with a minor toe injury. Fletcher is a fantasy sleeper this season -- if he can finally stay healthy. It's good news that he wasn't hurt bad, but we'll see if he's affected.
