According to WWLTV in New Orleans, WR Randy Moss was at the Saints’ facility today. ESPN’s Adam Schefter later reported that neither the team nor Randy Moss’ reps know anything about the meeting.
New Orleans just lost WR Marques Colston for at least 4 weeks and could be looking for a replacement. Moss’ big-play ability would make him a perfect fit to add to the Saints line-up.
GM Micky Loomis has denied any interest in Moss. “Absolutely no truth to it. It’s a made-up story. Zero to it.” Of course, he probably wouldn’t confirm even if he was considering signing Moss.
