The Redskins have signed 4th-round pick Roy Helu to a 4-year deal. He’ll be in attendance for the team’s first day of training camp today, ready to battle with Ryan Torain for the starting RB job. We’ll keep a close eye on this one. Helu is one of favorite sleepers this year.
