Redskins HC Mike Shanahan revealed that RB Roy Helu played through knee and toe injuries against the Giants on Sunday. "He played hurt and didn’t play as good as he normally plays," Shanny said. Helu finished with just 53 yards on 23 carries and 3 catches for 16 yards. We’ll keep an eye on practice reports this week, but he should be fine for Week 16′s game against the Vikings. Evan Royster would figure to step in as the lead back if Helu can’t go.
