Redskins RB Roy Helu (toe, ankle) was limited in practice Wednesday. He was limited all last week and then sat out on Saturday. Consider him 50-50 to play against the Eagles this weekend. If he does suit up, we’re expecting Helu to split the backfield work with RB Evan Royster.
