With his 113-yard effort against the Patriots on Saturday — his 4th-straight 100-yard day — Dolphins RB Reggie Bush topped 1,000 yards for the first time in his checkered career. He missed the final few series with a right leg injury, but he doesn’t sound concerned. “I don’t think it’s serious,” Bush said immediately after the game. “I mean, I’m walking.” It sounds like Bush will be fine for the season-finale against the Jets. Backup RB Daniel Thomas, meanwhile, suffered a knee injury in the 1st half of last week’s game and never returned. If Bush and Thomas were both unable to play in Week 17, RB Steve Slaton would likely operate as Miami’s lead back. We’ll continue to update this situation over the next few days.
