The NFL players and owners will meet today and Thursday in New York City. These are their first face-to-face meetings since last week although their lawyers and staff have met twice for several hours this week.
Today’s meetings will include NFLPA Executive Director DeMaurice Smith and players Jeff Saturday, Sean Morey and Domonique Foxworth. The owners, according to Albert Breer, will be represented by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, and team owners Jerry Richardson, Jerry Jones, John Mara, Robert Kraft, Clark Hunt, and Art Rooney.
