The Colts have officially ruled QB Peyton Manning (neck) out for Week 1. This was just a formality. Manning was never going to be ready for this Sunday after doctors ordered him to stop practicing. He's in danger of missing multiple games. QB Kerry Collins will start against the Texans this weekend, but he's not a recommended fantasy option with just 2 weeks in Indy's offense under his belt.
