Peyton Manning expected to have another surgery

Fox Sports' Jay Glazer and ProFootballTalk.com both believe QB Peyton Manning will undergo another neck surgery within the next few days.  That's two pretty reliable sources with matching reports, so we're buying this one.  This has become a scary situation for Manning's long-term health.  As far as 2011 goes, another procedure would likely knock him out for at least a couple months.  We're not expecting to see Manning on the field during the first half of this season.
