The Raiders have fired HC Hue Jackson. After leading his team to an 8-8 record this year, Jackson’s job seemed safe heading into 2012. But new GM Reggie McKenzie evidently wants to start fresh and bring in his own guy. QB Carson Palmer and Co. will have a new offense to learn this offseason.
