Minnesota running back ADRIAN PETERSON rushed for 125 yards and a touchdown in the Vikings’ 21-18 overtime victory against St. Louis.

Peterson has 28 career games with at least 125 rushing yards, the sixth-most in NFL history. The only five players—BARRY SANDERS, JIM BROWN, WALTER PAYTON, ERIC DICKERSON, AND EMMITT SMITH—with more 125-yard rushing games are all in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Titans quarterback MARCUS MARIOTA earned his second career AFC Player of the Week award after throwing for 371 yards, a touchdown, and no interceptions in a 34-28 overtime victory over New Orleans.

In his first season from Oregon, Mariota became just the second player in NFL history to pass for at least 350 yards, four touchdowns, and a game-winning touchdown in overtime without throwing an interception. Minnesota’s DAUNTE CULPEPPER also accomplished the feat on October 10, 2004 vs. Houston.

Carolina tight end GREG OLSEN caught four passes for 66 yards and a touchdown in the Panthers’ 37-29 win over Green Bay.

Olsen, who has five receiving touchdowns on the season, is the only tight end in the NFL with five or more receiving touchdowns in each of the past eight seasons.
