Michael Vick has a concussion

NBC's Al Michaels confirmed after Sunday night's game that Eagles QB Michael Vick has been diagnosed with a concussion.  He'll now need to pass a battery of tests in order to play next week against the Giants.  The picture behind Vick is a bit muddy right now.  Vince Young is officially listed as the #2 QB, but he's trying to get over a hamstring injury.  QB Mike Kafka replaced Vick tonight, completing 7 of 9 passes for 72 yards in a solid showing.  We'd still bet on VY getting the nod in Week 3 if he's ready and Vick isn't, but Kafka is also worth stashing if you have room.
