The Miami Dolphins and Toys for Tots are teaming up again this year to deliver toys and a bit of hope to the less fortunate children living in South Florida. The Dolphins are partnering with the U.S. Marines and will be outside all entry gates on Sunday. This is the 11th season Toys for Tots and the Dolphins have had a partnership.
The Dolphins are asking fans attending Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens to donate a new, unwrapped toy.
Fans can drop off a new unopened toy at various deposit boxes around the stadium on Sunday. The Toys for Tots campaign will also feature members of the Marine Corp in uniform around the stadium and at every gate. The toys will then be distributed to local children for Christmas.
WHAT: Donate a new toy for a child
WHEN: Sunday, December 7th
WHERE: Dolphins-Ravens game at Sun Life Stadium
HOW: Bring a new, unwrapped toy to Sun Life Stadium. Local Marines will be at the stadium collecting toys to distribute to children in our local community.
For 65 years, the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation has delivered a message of hope to less fortunate children through the gift of a new toy during the holiday season. Last year, Marines distributed toys to over 7 million children nationwide.
