Matt Hasselbeck signs multi-year deal with Titans

The Titans have reached terms with QB Matt Hasselbeck on a multi-year deal.  Another seat has been filled in this offseason’s game of QB musical chairs.  Hasselbeck is clearly past his prime.  The soon-to-be 36-year-old hasn’t tossed more TDs than INTs since 2007.  That being said, he’s a seasoned vet who understands how to run an offense.  And for this year, he’s an upgrade over rookie Jake Locker.  The signing is good news for the entire Titans offense, including RB Chris Johnson, WR Kenny Britt, and TE Jared Cook.  We just updated our projections for the Titans offense.
