Mario Manningham may need knee surgery

Giants WR Mario Manningham revealed that he may eventually need surgery on the knee that has bothered him over the past few weeks.  When asked if his 2011 season might be over, Manningham replied, "I don't know.  We'll have to see."  He later called himself "50-50" to play against the Packers this weekend.  Don't count on him being out there though.
