Cardinals QB Kevin Kolb (concussion) has been splitting 1st-team reps with QB John Skelton in practice this week. Kolb has passed his baseline tests, but the team isn’t committing to him as its Week 16 starter yet. They’re expected to make a decision tomorrow. Neither guy will be a recommended fantasy option against the Bengals, although WR Larry Fitzgerald would be better off with Skelton under center.
