According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Cardinals QB Kevin Kolb (toe, foot) is unlikely to play against the Rams this weekend. Kolb is still in a walking boot and won't practice on Thursday. QB John Skelton will get the start in his place. In 4 appearances last year, Skelton completed just 48% of his passes with 2 TDs and 2 INTs. The good news is that he was able to get the ball to WR Larry Fitzgerald 27 times for 348 yards. Skelton isn't a fantasy option, but Fitz is still a quality fantasy option in a plus matchup.
Kevin Kolb not expected to play Week 9
