Kevin Kolb "no idea" about Week 9

Cardinals QB Kevin Kolb (turf toe) admits that he has "no idea" if he'll be able to play against the Rams this weekend.  The toe is swollen, and Kolb is currently in a walking boot.  Since the injury is on his right foot, it impacts his ability to push off and get zip on the ball.  "A lot of your power comes from that side of your foot," Kolb said.  If he can't go on Sunday, QB John Skelton would get the start.  That'd be a blow to WR Larry Fitzgerald.
